I lived for more than 20 years in france, and have worked with several french real estate agencies as a sales consultant. Thanks to my broad knowledge of foreign languages, my portfolio contained mostly the foreign clientele. I enjoyed very much accompanying them in their search for their dream home.
My customer contacts were usually permanent. Clients kept coming back for “service après vente”, that is: ask for help with issues that occured after they had bought their house.
…transfer a telephone subscription, communication with the neighbours, make a call in french, apply for a building permit, find a plumber, attend a meeting of the Owners Association….
These assignments I like much more than selling houses, and brokers don’t offer those services. That is why it was a logical step for me in 2014 to start my own busines LVFrance and offer my services as a freelance Personal Assistant.
